Nestled in the coastal city of Al Khobar, this new villa by Omniview Design draws deep inspiration from Mediterranean culture, with a particular nod to the charm and soul of the Aegean Sea.

The architectural concept breaks away from the conventional monolithic form, embracing instead a composition of smaller, human-scaled volumes. These distinct volumes are thoughtfully arranged across the site, allowing the intermediate spaces to come alive—transforming courtyards, pathways, and terraces into rich experiential zones that evoke the feeling of wandering through the intimate streets of a Cycladic Greek village.

Rooted in traditional Greek architecture, the design gracefully alternates between smooth white plaster, textured stone, and warm wooden accents, creating a tactile and inviting ambiance. This interplay of natural materials not only enriches the visual language but also fosters a sense of intimacy and grounded elegance.

Water features are carefully integrated into the landscape, symbolizing the sea and enhancing the serene atmosphere. These elements offer a striking contrast to the dry stone walls and lush Mediterranean-style vegetation, heightening the sensory experience.

Generous openings and seamless floor transitions dissolve the boundaries between inside and out, encouraging a lifestyle that flows freely between architecture and nature. The result is a living experience that feels effortlessly elegant—chilled, casually chic, and luxuriously simple.
