Maa’soom is an expansive beach club set along the turquoise waters of Marassi. Its design takes its cue from the striking coastal topography, where sculpted rock formations give way to the soft contours of the beachfront.

Conceived as an extension of this landscape, the architecture follows and embraces the terrain, creating distinct places to gather, retreat and experience the waterfront. Spaces unfold across a series of levels, forming intimate clusters of hospitality within the larger beach club.

At a privileged vantage point, the heart of Masoom emerges beneath an iconic curvilinear pergola. Its sweeping canopy brings together carefully composed terraces, each accommodating a different dining and social experience while remaining connected to the sea.

The layered levels, central bar and built-in booths carved from stone express a dialogue between progressive architectural thinking and raw, earthy materials. Bold in form yet grounded in its setting, Masoom blurs the boundaries between architecture, rock and sand.
