Nestled in the prestigious coastal enclave of Vouliagmeni, this new villa redefines contemporary Mediterranean living. Refusing to conform to the rigidity of a traditional box, the residence unfolds in a dynamic U-shaped layout that embraces its landscaped courtyard and elongated swimming pool, creating a seamless dialogue between architecture and nature.
The architectural form is bold yet harmonious. Its defining feature—a triangulated structural language—transforms columns and beams into expressive elements, ensuring that the structural framework enhances rather than conceals the architectural identity. These gestures anchor the building while lending it a sculptural clarity.
Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing blurs the line between inside and out, allowing natural light to flood the interior while offering uninterrupted views of the garden and water. The boundary between living space and landscape dissolves, immersing occupants in a constant visual and spatial connection with the outdoors.
Interior finishes favor natural materials and muted tones—wood, stone, textured plaster—bringing a grounded warmth that balances the progressive exterior form. The result is a tranquil, elegant atmosphere that encourages a relaxed, elemental lifestyle.
Every detail has been designed to invite openness, fluidity, and calm—qualities that echo the character of Vouliagmeni itself.
